- Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup.
- Eat a small meal before to avoid lightheadedness.

- Do not schedule within 2 weeks of Botox/fillers around the brow area.
- Wash hair the morning of (you must keep brows dry for 7 days after).

Teeth Whitening
- Don’t brush or floss 4 hours before an appointment.
- Avoid coffee, tea, red wine, and smoking 24 hrs prior.
- Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen if you are prone to tooth sensitivity.
- Eat before treatment (so you’re not hungry during).
Chemical Peel
- Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanner for 2 weeks prior.
- Discontinue retinol, retinoids, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and other exfoliating products for 5-7 days before.
- Do not schedule if you have an active cold sore, skin infection, or open lesions.
- Avoid waxing, threading, or depilatories in the treatment area for 5–7 days prior.
- If you have a history of cold sores, notify your provider — you may need a preventative prescription.
- Arrive with clean skin, no makeup, lotion, or sunscreen.
- Stay well hydrated leading up to your appointment.

Instructions
Post-Care
Botox / Dysport (Neurotoxins)
- No pressure on the areas that were treated for 24 hours (no hats, no chiropractors, no massages, etc.)
- Remain upright for at least 4 hours after treatment.
- Avoid alcohol and blood thinners for 72 hours.
- Rest and avoid exercise for 24 hours.
- Avoid excessive heat (saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga, tanning beds, hot showers, etc.) for 48 hours.
- Apply makeup and skincare upward and outward (away from brows/eyes) during the first 24 hours.
- No skin treatments (facials, chemical peels, microneedling, etc.) for 14 days after treatment.
- Visible results start to show in 1 week; however, full results between 14 – 21 days.
- Schedule any follow-up after 14 days.
SkinVive (HA microdroplet injectable for hydration/skin quality)
- Apply a cool compress (wrapped in a clean cloth) for 10–15 minutes at a time if swelling or redness occurs.
- Stay well hydrated for optimal results (drink half your weight in ounces every day).
- Massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days (“Rule of 5’s”) to evenly distribute the product.
- Sleep on your back with your head slightly elevated the first night.
- Sleep on clean pillowcases and use fresh towels to avoid bacteria.
- No strenuous exercise, excessive heat (saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga, tanning beds, hot showers, etc.), and alcohol for 48 hours.
- Do not take blood-thinning medications/supplements (ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E) for 5 days.
- Use gentle, non-irritating skincare products (cleanser + moisturizer).

- May take arnica supplements for bruising.
- Sleep on clean pillowcases and use fresh towels to avoid bacteria.
- Keep your head elevated and sleep on your back the first 2 nights if possible.
- Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area for at least 48 hours (unless instructed).
- Do not take blood-thinning medications/supplements (ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E) for 5 days.
- No strenuous exercise, excessive heat (saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga, tanning beds, hot showers, etc.), and alcohol for 48 hours.
- Stay well-hydrated and maintain a healthy diet to support healing.

- Keep the area moisturized with a gentle, non-active ointment or healing balm (as recommended).
- Apply mineral sunscreen daily to protect healing skin.
- Allow any small crusts or scabs to fall off naturally (no picking or exfoliating).
- Use clean pillowcases, towels, and avoid touching the area unnecessarily.
- Expect mild redness, darkening, or scabbing for several days — this is part of the healing process.
- Avoid heat exposure (saunas, hot tubs, pools, hot yoga, tanning beds, hot showers, etc.) for 7 days.
- No skin treatments (facials, chemical peels, microneedling, etc.) for 14 days after treatment.
- Contact your provider if you notice unusual swelling, pus, or prolonged discomfort.
Laser Hair Removal
- Apply SPF daily to treated areas.
- Avoid sun exposure for 48 hours.
- Keep skin clean, cool, and moisturized.
- Wait 48 hours before shaving the treated area.
- No excessive heat (saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga, tanning beds, hot showers, etc.) for 48 hours.
- Avoid deodorant for 24 hours after treatment.
- Do not exfoliate for 48 hours after treatment.
- Follow your treatment schedule for best results.
- No dipilatories, waxing or epilation throughout the duration of your treatments.
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)
- Use a cool compress during the first 24 hours if needed.
- Take lukewarm showers and avoid direct heat for 48 hours (saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga, tanning beds, hot showers, etc.).
- Avoid exercise for 24 hours.
- Wait 5 days before using hydroquinone.
- Wait 7 days before using retinol, vitamin C, or active/enzymatic products.
- Allow scabs or brown spots to heal naturally.
- Keep skin moisturized daily.
- Apply 30+ SPF daily and reapply every 2 hours.
- Limit sun exposure for 30 DAYS after treatment.
- No exfoliating or exfoliating services for 14 days.
Powder Brow (Permanent Makeup)
- For the first hour, blot brows gently every 5 minutes with a kleenex.
- Apply a thin layer of A&D ointment twice daily for 3 days.
- Day 4 -7 do NOT apply ointment or moisturizer to the brows. Keep brows dry (expect itching during this phase of healing).
- Keep the brows dry for a full 7 days.
- Use a washcloth or makeup wipe to clean your face to avoid getting the brows wet.
- Refrain from using any retinol, vitamin C, exfoliators or brightening products on your forehead for 7 days.
- Do not apply makeup around the brow area for 7 days.
- Refrain from alcohol for 48 hours.
- No exercise and excessive heat (saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga, tanning beds, hot showers, etc.) for 7 days.
- Avoid cleaning a litterbox, cleaning horse stalls, dusting, gardening or any other activity that will contaminate the area.
- Sleep on clean pillowcases and use fresh towels to avoid bacteria.
- Keep your head elevated and sleep on your back the first 2 nights if possible.
- Do not sleep face-down or apply pressure to the treated area for 7 days.
- Avoid the sun for 7 days. If you are outside for any reason, wear a “wide brimmed” hat and sunglasses.
- Allow brows to heal naturally without disturbance.
- After 10 days, wear SPF 30+ on your brows.
Teeth Whitening
- Drink ONLY water for the first 2 hours post whitening.
- Don’t eat for the first 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, eat only light-colored foods for the next 24 hours (chicken, turkey, pork, noodles, potatoes, white sauces/cheese, white wine, etc.).
- Avoid ALL dark-colored foods and beverages for 24 hours (choose light options instead).
- Wait at least 2 hours before smoking or using tobacco products.
- Brush teeth gently with plain WHITE toothpaste after 4 hours, and over the next 48 hours continue brushing gently.
- Keep gums protected by avoiding whitening or baking soda toothpaste for 48 hours.
- Maintain your smile at home with DaVinci’s maintenance products.
- Schedule follow-up whitening every 6–12 months.
- Manage sensitivity (which may last up to 48 hours) with DaVinci TrueMinerals Desensitizing Gel or a mild pain reliever.
Obagi Blue Peel
- Expect redness, tightness, and possible swelling immediately after treatment.
- Peeling or flaking will begin within 2–3 days and may last 5–7 days.
- Do not pick, peel, or scratch at flaking skin — allow it to shed naturally.
- Keep skin moisturized with gentle, hydrating products recommended by your provider.
- Use a mild cleanser and lukewarm water; pat dry, do not rub.
- Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily, and avoid direct sun exposure for at least 4 weeks.
- Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive sweating, hot tubs, and saunas for 48 hours.
- Do not use retinoids, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, or exfoliating products until peeling has fully resolved.
- Avoid waxing, laser, or other skin treatments until cleared by your provider.

Consultation Policy & Deposit
- A pre-treatment consultation is required for all new clients and certain procedures.
- Duration: 30–60 minutes.
- To reserve your consultation, we require a $50 deposit.
- If you move forward with a treatment that is performed or booked the same day as your consultation, your deposit will be applied toward your service cost.
- If you choose not to book or receive a service that day, the $50 serves as a consultation fee to cover the dedicated time, expertise, and personalized recommendations provided by your provider.
- Consultations are not complimentary because they are in-depth, one-on-one sessions with an expert, ensuring you receive valuable, tailored advice whether or not you proceed with treatment.

Scheduling Policies
Cancellations or Appointment Changes
- 24-hour notice required for all skincare, laser, and injectable services under 2 hours.
- 48-hour notice required for permanent cosmetics and appointments over 2 hours.
- Fees:
- $100 for facials, consultations, and follow-up appointments (2-week Botox touch-up, 30–60 day permanent makeup touch-up).
- $200 for injectables, permanent cosmetics, laser services, and appointments over 2 hours.
- No exceptions.
Late Arrivals
- Late arrivals shorten your treatment time. Services will end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged in full.
- Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may be refused service and charged the late cancellation fee.
Rebooking
- No fee if notice is given within the required cancellation window.
- Late cancellations must be paid in full before rebooking.
- Clients with 2+ late cancellations or no-shows must prepay in full at the time of booking.

- Please silence phones, laptops, and devices to maintain a tranquil atmosphere.
No Children Allowed
- Children are not permitted in the spa. Guests arriving with children will need to reschedule.
Minors Receiving Treatments
- Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present.
- A signed consent form is required prior to treatment.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we only offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If an allergic reaction occurs (proof such as medical documentation or clear photos may be required)
- If the product bottle is defective or malfunctioning upon arrival (e.g., broken pump, leaking bottle)
If you experience either of these issues, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.
Treatment Delegation
We are committed to providing safe and effective treatments under the delegation of our medical director, Dr. Melissa Milan, MD. In accordance with Colorado state regulations, we disclose that certain treatments may be performed by licensed estheticians and/or nurses who have received specialized training and certification in their respective fields. Crystal Harmon, Kylee Bottin, Ripen Boparai, Kaylene Smith, Lauren Mielnicki, Jazmine Taylor, and Kelsey Steinert have all undergone rigorous education, hands-on training, and continuous professional development to ensure the highest standards of care. All service providers listed above have been thoroughly trained in the techniques, safety protocols, and best practices required for these delegated procedures.
