As the Manager of Laguna Med Spa, Kylee brings over 9 years of experience as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Permanent Makeup Artist. She’s passionate about providing results-driven treatments while creating a welcoming, trusted environment for both clients and team members.

Kylee’s approach goes beyond the surface. She’s deeply committed to walking alongside clients on their skincare journeys, believing that real transformation comes from a combination of consistent treatments, high-quality products, and education. She finds true fulfillment when clients find renewed confidence and embrace their natural beauty.

As a leader, Kylee values steady progress, teamwork, and integrity. She is passionate about guiding the Laguna team with purpose, consistency and heart.

A proud Colorado native, Kylee has a deep appreciation for the beauty and adventure her home state offers. Outside of work, Kylee’s happiest when she’s with her husband, two kids, and the people she loves the most. Whether it’s a quiet night in or a weekend getaway, she values quality time, connection, and making lasting memories with family and friends.

Leeah Alexander

As Director at Laguna Med Spa, Leeah plays a vital role in overseeing operations, assisting in team development, and curating content that reflects the spa’s mission and values. With a background in customer service and several years as a cosmetics brand and product trainer, she brings both experience and empathy to her leadership. Her focus is on creating a positive, growth-oriented environment where clients and team members alike feel seen and supported.

Leeah believes aesthetics are about more than enhancing how you look; they’re about how you feel. To her, it’s a way to support self-confidence and help people reconnect with themselves. She loves seeing clients leave the spa not just glowing on the outside, but feeling lighter, stronger, and more empowered within.

Outside of work, Leeah is a passionate live music fan who enjoys attending concerts whenever possible. If you see her in the lobby, don’t be shy; she’s always happy to share stories and hear about your favorite performances.

Ripen Boparai

Ripen is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician/ Injector at Laguna Med Spa with over a decade of client-centered expertise and more than 10 years of working hands-on in the aesthetics field. With a background that ranges from pharmaceutical and medical environments to laboratory research, Ripen brings a thoughtful, science-based approach to beauty. But it’s in medical aesthetics—where clinical precision meets personal transformation, that she’s found her true calling.

Ripen specializes in Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers, Laser Treatments, Advanced Skincare, Body Contouring, and Sculptra for full-face correction and symmetry. With a strong foundation in Biology and Chemistry, she brings a scientific approach to beauty and wellness, combining precision with a deep understanding of skin health—helping her clients feel more confident, radiant, and empowered in their own skin.

Dedicated to continuous growth, Ripen is currently advancing her education in Nursing, aiming to expand her role in aesthetic medicine and provide an even higher level of care to her clients. She is committed to staying at the forefront of her field through ongoing advanced trainings and continued education.

Outside the treatment room, Ripen is a proud mom who treasures time with her daughter. She finds joy in reading, watching documentaries, and getting outdoors—balancing her work with the calm and curiosity that fuels her passion for a lifelong journey of learning.

Kaylene Smith

Kaylene is a Licensed Medical Esthetician with a deep-rooted passion for skincare. She specializes in laser treatments, body contouring, Botox, dermal fillers, and Sculptra for full face correction and symmetry, striving to provide clients with natural-looking results that enhance their confidence. With over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics, Kaylene is dedicated to continuing education and patient awareness, believing that a solid skincare routine and protecting our skin from the sun, is essential for optimal skin health.

Having worked closely with dermatologists for many years in her previous career , she is well-equipped to address a wide range of skin conditions, particularly focusing on sensitive and problematic issues such as hyperpigmentation, melasma, and acne.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Kaylene enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and exploring the fruitful activities that Colorado has to offer—always with her trusty SPF in tow! She also has a passion for international travel, enriching her perspective and experiences.

Jazmine Taylor

Jazmine is a dedicated Licensed Aesthetician at Laguna Med Spa, driven by a lifelong passion for skincare. Her journey into the beauty industry was inspired not only by her own skin struggles but by a deep desire to help others feel confident and at peace in their own skin. Having witnessed the impact skincare can have on self-esteem, Jazmine is committed to creating an environment of relaxation and transformation in every treatment she provides.

Specializing in permanent makeup, facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, and laser treatments, Jazmine offers a range of services designed to address her clients’ unique needs and skincare goals. Always eager to learn and grow, she continuously expands her knowledge to provide the most effective, up-to-date treatments available.

When she’s not perfecting your skin, Jazmine is an animal lover at heart. She’s fostered dozens of puppies over the years and loves connecting with her clients over shared stories about their pets. Kelsey is a Licensed Aesthetician and Client Care Coordinator at Laguna Med Spa. As a skincare enthusiast with over 20 years of customer service experience, Kelsey brings warmth, expertise and dedication to every client interaction. Her passion for skincare and background in the medical spa industry, combined with her enthusiasm for results-driven skincare, makes her a trusted partner in each client’s self-care journey.

Specializing in facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and microneedling, Kelsey is committed to delivering personalized treatments and curated at-home regimens that support lasting results. She believes skincare, like life, is an evolving journey—one of growth, transformation, and empowerment—and she finds deep fulfillment in walking alongside her clients every step of the way. Whether she’s creating customized treatment plans or offering compassionate guidance, Kelsey’s goal is always the same: to help each client feel confident, cared for, and radiant in their own skin.

Lauren Mielnicki, RN

Lauren is a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in aesthetic injectables and medical weight loss, with nearly a decade of experience in the industry. Known for delivering natural, refined results, she’s passionate about helping clients feel confident and radiant in their own skin.

As a former regional trainer in the Denver metro area, Lauren has educated fellow providers in advanced aesthetic techniques, and she continues to stay on the cutting edge of the field. Her approach is both personalized and results driven. Each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to enhance her patients’ unique features and overall well-being.

A Denver native and graduate of Regis University, Lauren balances her thriving career with a full family life. She’s a mom to 3 boys, wife, and devoted dog lover. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting, sharing plant cuttings with friends, reading fantasy novels, and watching true crime documentaries.

With over 15 years of experience in customer service and client relations, Cati brings a unique blend of warmth, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail into every interaction. As our Client Care Coordinator, she ensures each client feels welcomed and supported from the very first phone call through every step of their visit. Her approachable demeanor and uplifting energy foster a positive and comfortable atmosphere, while her in-depth knowledge of our services and sincere passion for helping others make her a truly valued member of the Laguna Med Spa team.

Outside of the spa, Cati enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, working out, and spoiling her dogs.

Justine Teters

Justine is a Client Coordinator at Laguna Med Spa, where she ensures every guest feels welcomed, supported, and cared for. While still early in her journey in esthetics, Justine is committed to growing her knowledge and skills, and she plans to begin esthetician school by the end of the year to deepen her expertise.

With a growing knowledge base and an eagerness to learn, Justine is excited to grow in the industry and contribute to Laguna Med Spa’s mission of helping clients look and feel their best.

Outside of work, Justine enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs. She also loves winding down with a good movie or TV series, trying new skincare and makeup products, and staying informed on all things beauty and wellness.
