How JUVÉDERM® Works
A typical reason to use dermal fillers is to plump up skin that isn’t as full as it used to be, which is a natural change that occurs with aging. As you age, the amount of collagen and hyaluronic acids, which keep your skin tight and youthful-looking, decreases. Dermal fillers work by injecting hyaluronic acid into the affected area, stabilizing these regions for anywhere between six months and two years, depending on the product.

How Long It Lasts
